Do I have to bring my boat/RV to your shop?

No! We are a mobile outfit and will come to you!

Do I have to be present for you to complete the shrink wrapping?

Whatever you are comfortable with. If you’d like to be there while we complete the job, that’s totally fine. If you have prior obligations, it is no problem if you are not able to be there at the time. We can complete the project, then send an invoice once it is complete that can be paid with a credit card or online bank transfer.

Why was my project not wrapped on the scheduled day?

Because we are a mobile shrink wrap outfit that operates outside, we are at the mercy of the weather. We can only shrink the wrap if it is dry. Unfortunately, this means we may get behind on our list during stretches of bad weather. Once the weather clears again we will do everything in our power to get caught back up!

Is the wrap reusable?

It depends. Sometimes, if the object being wrapped is a simple shape, it can be taken off in the spring then reused the next fall. Usually, the wrap is shrunk so tight to the object, it has to be cut off and becomes hard to reuse. It will never be as tight and secure the second time you use it, but sometimes it is possible to get more than one year out of a wrap.

Can you reuse the frame you’ve built?

Yes! If you plan to use our services again, please let us know you have a pre-existing frame. It will cut down on job time and cost, meaning those savings are passed on to you!
